I cannot give Matt and his crew near enough credit for bringing my backyard designs to reality! From my grandiose visions to some gas line challenges to completely redesigning the project midway through, my backyard living space is even more amazing than I expected! These guys are so great, they absolutely can do anything and are willing to do everything……including dealing with my Amazon packages while I’m away! My second project with them will soon be complete then we’re on the third and fourth projects and whatever else I come up with next!!

Well, Matt's crew have done it again! To start, they did a fantastic clean out at my late father's property Mike and Bob did our bathroom last year and now have replaced our front and back doors. They are all pleasant to be around and even clean up after themselves😉 They did an AMAZING job and of course we'll use them again! Thankyou all for everything!

These guys did a great job on some siding I needed for the steeple of my house. Pricing was great and they did a phenomenal job getting it done. Hoping to get more from them in the future.

I had them remove and install a fence, because of power lines it was not an easy task. It was done timely and to my complete satisfaction. All the debris was removed when they were done. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

I hired Matt and his team to redo my bathroom. Matt got back to me very quickly with a quote. It was very reasonable and they got to work right away. The original tub surround did not fit (my horrible walls, not their mistake) and they had to tile instead. It looks absolutely amazing as well as the rest of the bathroom. I could not be happier with their work! I will definitely be using them again for my next project.

Matt and his crew did a wonderful job with my bathroom. They shiplap the walls and replaced the toilet and vanity. I would highly recommend them. We just finished a large renovation with Matt and team - from drywall repair, new doors, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans to new windows, siding and a fence fix. I would highly recommend Eastern Bear Contruction. We had a two tear deck that ran the length of our house put on by Matt and his crew.They showed up everyday on time even in sub zero temperatures. The work site was very clean and organized. Our project was completed during the time line that was provided. Matt and his crew were very friendly and answered any question or concern I had. Ok so i have to start by saying I hate doing reviews but these people deserve one. This group is the best! My basement got flooded some time ago and when I finally had the money to get it fixed I searched on google and found Matt so I gave him a call. I read the reviews on google and they were all positive but I was still skeptical. From the initial meet I could tell he was professional and not the type to try and make me spend money I didn’t need to spend. He also squeezed me in his busy schedule to help me out which he didn’t have to do. So I decided to hire him. When the crew came out to start the job they were the nicest people. They were on time professional and very clean. You can tell they love what they do. They worked hard and finished the basement a head of schedule. I loved their work so much I hired them again to redo my deck. Instead of a deck Matt and I came up with a stamper patio concept. Him and his crew worked all hours to get it done and I am so happy with how it turned out. I would recommend this team to anyone who is looking for projects to get done around the house. Love these guys and can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

They did an excellent job repairing our siding and color matching it. They alerted us to potential issues as soon as they found them. They even addressed our electrical line connection to the house and made sure it was repaired and did not charge us for it!

The crew at Emerald Builders just completed a total renovation and upgrade on my old standard master bathroom and it’s everything I wished for. Matt and the team took my multiple visions and mid-stream re-designs and changes and made something luxurious and fabulous for me! These guys can and will do absolutely anything and everything. They even bring in my Amazon packages while I’m not home. This is my third completed major project with Emerald Builders and next week I’m anticipating the start of my next bathroom renovation and definitely not forgetting all the little I need a light here or an outlet there projects I throw out to them on the fly. Emerald Builders should be everyone’s go to contractor!

Matt and crew re-finished our basement with new drywall/trim as well as a brand new vinyl plank floor. The crew was clean and prompt and the work was exceptional. Matt was great about all communication during the job. Highly recommend!!

I needed to replace old railings and reached out to Red Line. They quickly gave me a reasonable quote for the scope of work and within a short period of time it was done! Glad to have found someone to help with the necessary repairs an older home needs. I won’t hesitate to use them in the future.

I cannot say enough about Matt and his customer service! He really helped us out in a pinch with a leaking toilet. He is knowledgeable, time efficient and reasonably priced. He swamped out our bad toilet without any issues. We are looking forward to using Matt on future repairs and renos!
